  3.1 堰门结构

  3.1 Weir Gate Structure

  (1)下开式堰门本体主要由框架、导向槽、橡胶密封件、门板和启闭油缸等主要部件组成。采用启闭油缸液压驱动堰门板向上/向下运动,完成堰门板开启或关闭状态,可以实现对箱涵或管道进行冲洗、水位控制和流量控制等多种功能。

  (2)下开式堰门开启后对行洪没有阻碍,停电时可以依靠堰门自身重力自动打开。结构紧凑,堰门向下开启不占用上部的安装空间,不影响地面上的景观。

  (3)下开式堰门的结构件采用结构钢或不锈钢制成,具有很高的耐腐蚀性,重量轻,坚固耐用。

  (4)堰门框架的两侧为导向槽,两侧导向槽均设有液压油缸,活塞杆连接堰门门板。堰门门板两侧与导向槽滑动配合。液压油缸的位置设计合理,封闭于堰门框架内,保证液压油缸的稳定性的同时,对堰门门板的作用力也较为均匀,进一步保证了堰门门板运动的稳定性。

  (5)下开式堰门的启闭油缸可配备自动控制系统,对下开式堰门实现无人值守的自动控制,也可以实现远程自动控制。

  (6)下开式堰门的整体结构紧凑,简单,易于制造,装置可设置于水下,适用于多种环境。适用介质:生活污水、雨水等污染水体。工作温度:0—60℃。

  (7)下开式堰门在设计水头下充分地密封,在承受设计水头的压力时,渗漏量满足GB/T 14173-2008 《水利水电工程钢闸门制造、安装及验收规范》,即通过任意1m长度的水封范围内漏水量不超过0.1 L/s。

  3.2 焊接:

  (1)堰门框架和堰门板采用气体保护焊焊接,焊接材料的物理、化学性能与基体金属的性能相适。堰门承受主要荷载的结构,采用满焊缝,不得采用塞焊连接。焊后消除力,防止变形。

  (2)手工电弧焊、气体保护焊焊缝的坡口型式和尺寸按GB/T985的规定。

  (3)焊件牢固可靠,表面打磨光滑,焊缝外观不有裂纹、气孔、弧坑和飞溅物。

  (4)堰门的焊缝类别分级与焊缝外观以GB/T14173标准为准。

  3.2 Welding:

  (6) 控制系统响速度快,性能可靠,具有强大的网络通讯功能,方便可靠的接口,开放的网络协议。

  (7)控制系统操作界面设计美观,各元器件布置合理、整齐,操作方便、简单,充分考虑人体结构特征及视觉特征。

  (8)在控制柜的设计、内部元器件端子布局上,充分考虑维护人员检修接线的方便性。

  (9)控制系统可通过操作面板上专用的选择开关选择系统的操作方式:就地手动控制或自动控制。控制方式一旦设定,则相互闭锁防止误操作。

  1)当系统选择手动控制时,所有控制包括启泵、开门、关门及纠偏均为手动控制,PLC及主控级都不参与控制,但仍可以监视系统状态。

  2)当系统选择自动控制方式时,所有手动控制无效,系统实现完善的自动控制,能完成对堰门的开、关、停的操作及各种保护功能。

  (10)液压站的电气控制部分均须装有短路保护、过电流保护、失压保护、缺相保护和接地保护。

  (11)用于控制堰门系统的PLC采用进口的高性能,技术先进的可编程控制器。具有顺控、调节、过程输入/输出、数据处理和外部通信功能。

  (12)控制柜为钢支架金属外壳封闭式结构,能独立支撑并能满足当地特定环境的密封。所有的门都带把手,能锁死,并带限位装置。

  (13)柜内主回路带电部分与接地部分隔离,柜体内保证充分通风,并能防盐雾腐蚀、防小动物侵入。柜内设有接地,端子排位置便于接线,设置塑料走线槽,槽盖可以分段拆卸。

  (14)屏内设置一套防潮电加热器,并带有自动温控保护装置,容量为100W~200W。

  (15)控制柜的防护等级不低于IP54。

  (16)液压缸内装有行程检测传感器。该行程检测传感器内置于油缸内,动作准确、可靠,抗干扰能力强,传感器防护等级不低于IP68。

  (17)PLC装置、中间继电器、开关、按钮、指示灯等电气元件推荐采用知名品牌。

  (18)以太网连接是堰门实现自动控制和通信的重要部分,设备的控制通过数据的传送和接收实现。通过以太网和服务器,可以把 PLC 控制器的数据传送到电脑上,实现操作的可视化,以太网的断开对堰门的控制没有任何影响。

  (11) PLC used to control the Weir Gate system imported high-performance, technologically advanced programmable controller. It has the functions of CIS control, regulation, process input/output, data processing and external communication.
